IS -> JB: I included in cws ooo20l10n a process that automatically adds en-US to
installation sets, that only contain languages not supported by all Windows
systems, for example khmer. Therefore there are bi-lingual installation sets.
For such installation sets it would be good, if the Office automatically tries
to start in the original language, not in english. We can try to include a
Custom Action executed by the Windows Installer, that changes the configuration
in this way. Do you think this is feasible?
