The problem is following:
- The page layoput concept does not exist in HTML
- Thus tables in HTML don't have the Writer option "Allow table to split across
pages"
- So, when switching to page layout, printing or exporting to PDF, the HTML
layout becomes a page layout and the table disappears at the end of the first
page.
Even if it sounds odd, we should (exactly for those cases) implement the option
in Writer/Web
