2005 -------
ES->OS: Reproduced in m106.
Load Test02MasterDocument.sxg and, as described, switch the "First page" style
to "next page: Left page" then back to "Right page".
-> pages are now numbered 3, 5, 7...
After reload, the page number is 3, 4, 5
Can't figure out why the fields are not updated...
Else I cannot reproduce the described blank page on SuSE 9.1 (it would be
another problem anyway)
