2005 -------
When I place the cursor in the secod column of the table in the attached 
document
and try to inser a new column, then 4 or more new columns appear (the number 
seems
to linearly depend on the number of rows I'm trying to insert). Deleting one of
the copies of the columns deletes them all, but it is possible to merge them.

The attached file was generated on OO 1.4 and then edited on the OO 2.0beta. The
problems existed on both versions.
