Choose 'Custom' during installation. There you can set the installation-path.
The setting remains even if you go back and then choose 'Complete'.
The path for the user-files can be set after the installation, before the user
calls OOo first time. The entry is in the file "bootstrap.ini" (Linux
bootstraprc) in the directory "program", the line "UserInstallation=".
