2005 -------
Open a user created template from file - open,

firstly, it opens but the file name will be untitled.
Secondly, edit the file and save, it is creating a new document.

But to edit a template, we need to File-Template-Edit
Select the template we need to edit and save it.

Can we have a simply and straight way of doing it as because, here through Open
dialog we are actually creating a new document, which is not generally expected.
