------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jun 15 04:59:01 -0700 2005 ------- Pasting the plain text "MON1", "MON2", etc from the clipboard e.g. if those data were in cells in a Access database results in cells contents of "1/06/05", "2/06/05" (dd/mm/yy format) instead of the original text. I assume that Calc is being overzealous with interpreting "MON1" as some kind of date, but June 1st 2005 was a Wednesday and January 6th 2005 a Tuesday so the result does not make sense from that point of view either. To reproduce the error, open Microsoft Access, create a table and enter the text MON1 into a cell, MON2 into the next cell, copy the two cells to the clipboard, then paste special / unformatted text into Calc. The cells in Calc will have these dates instead of the orginal text. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
