All I can find in the field category "Date and Time" is:
CreateDate
Date
PrintDate
SaveDate
Time
Maybe you work with a non-English Word 2002 and didn't correctly translate it.
Also, when I open the attached sample in my Word (tried 2002 and 2003), the
field states the value "0". When I try to update the field, the content
completely vanishes, which means, that the field is not valid.
Please have a look again.
