When a crash report has been successfully sent, the crash report wizard says it
(message box) :)
Else tell us your e-mail address so that I can search in our database (I found
no report for %vogella%)
On the other hand "frequently crashes" is not enough to be handled as an issue.
Problems must be reproducible to be investigated.
Please attach a sample document and describe step by step how it comes to a
crash.
Also precize which version (build) you use.
Last: please don't attach core dumps here: we cannot evaluate them that way and
it destroyes issue reports (IssueZilla bug!)
