It has been decided in the past that the CELL function of Calc only supports the
English arguments. This is to ensure compatibility between different localized
versions of Calc and Excel.
Note that *only* an Italian Excel will calculate the CELL function using the
argument "riga". An English and a German Excel fail as well as Calc fails. Note
the difference between the function name CELLA and the function argument "riga":
The function name is not stored literally in the formula (only a function
identifier), therefore all versions of Calc and Excel can show the function name
in the current language. But the argument "riga" is a literal text which cannot
be translated. Therefore only the Italian Excel knows how to handle it.
Solution: Change "riga" to the English name "row". All Excel versions can handle
the local versions *and* the English versions of the arguments for this
function.
