When the current slide is deleted the associated entry in the frame view is not
updated. When the document is saved, then the old value that points now to a
non-existing slide, is written to file. The slide sorter can handle a current
page being NULL. The normal edit view can not and thus crashes.
One possible solution is in SlideSorterViewShell::WriteFrameViewData() to call
FrameView::SetSelectedPage() even when GetActualPage() returns NULL. The value
to use in this case has yet to be determined.
