Hi,
this is clearly a double to Issue 31663. Please have a look at the latest
ccomment from ER .
And also have a look at Issue 31963. Someone from Russia told us that the comma
is the decimal separator. Normally I've to close this Issue as wontfix or double
to Issue 31963.
