When opening a Word document and then saving as DocBook (.xml) no images are
saved, and thus don't appear in the xml document. References to the image do not
appear in the imageinfo elements (empty fileref attribute).

If I create a new sxw document from scratch natively in OO the same problem
occurs, so appears to be an issue with the DocBook export.

Note that when saving as HTML there are no problems - images and references are
created.

I also checked in the odt file that images from the Word document were saved in
the odt bundle, which they were. Whichever chain of filters I used I could never
get images to be saved out or appear in a DocBook file save.

>From my perspective this is a high priority as we want to use OpenOffice as a
solution to convert Word to DocBook for document preservation purposes.

Thanks.
