FME->jonathaneunice: Sorry, but I doubt that this will be implemented in the
nearer future because of a lack of resources. You have the possibility to
preserve your hyperlinks by using the pdf export instead of using a pdf printer.
If there are quality problems with the existing pdf export, these should be
addressed directly. Please specify these problems and submit separate issues for
them.
