Please have a look at the help:
"Append space
If you do not add punctuation after the word, OpenOffice.org adds a space. The
space is added *as soon as you begin typing the next word."
So, this works if you do:
- type the 3 first letters of a rememered word
-> suggestion shows up
- press Return (default key to accept suggestion)
-> word is auto-completed
- begin typing the next word
-> a sapce is happend to the autocompleted word and you are typing after this
space.
Feel free to reopen if it wouldn't work that way.
