OK, meanwhile Ause enlightened me about all the stuff around guw etc. (Hamburg
builds are done with 4nt, so I never stumbled over this before). The problem
seems to be that guw does not rewrite file URLs within "-env" parameters. Ause
will try to find a solution this week while I am not in the office, and, if
necessary, I will take over again next week when Ause is on vacation.
