ause, gh: can you please look at this? Looks like the cuprit comes from
hidforall cws.
rene: Hmm, why we do not have TMP in environment file? There is this in
set_soenv.in:
if ($platform !~ m/cygwin/)
{ ToFile( "TEMP", $TEMP, "e" );
ToFile( "TMP", $TEMP, "e" );
}
But TEMP is not set beforhand in that file.
