As already suspected the problem is due to the fact that the OLE objects in the
document are MathType 5 objects.
I fixed the problem by adding version detection for MathType since a code change
elsewhere now requires Math to check for itself if that version of MathType that
was used for the OLE objects is supported.
Fixed in CWS tl12.
