sw->cyb: well c and java cut floats after the decimal point when casted to
Integer and Basic rounds the result to the next integer.
sw->ab: even though I think our way to round is correct, there is yet another
basic dialect that rounds differently and so we should do so if
"CompatibilityMode(TRUE)" is set too.
