------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jun 29 08:51:42 -0700 2005 ------- Writer issues importing Word TOC, page # hyperlinks Windows XP SP2, OOo 2.0 Beta (1.9.109). Also seen in OOo 1.1.4; I hoped that an upgrade would solve this problem, but no such luck. My Word docs tend to heavily rely on the TOC feature, and I use the page # hyperlinks feature of the TOC (within Word). OOo does not seem to import my Word docs' TOC correctly; the formatting is corrupted, and there are no page # hyperlinks in the TOC. I'm don't know that OOo is supposed to support these features, so I'm marking this issue as ENHANCEMENT. If someone sees fit to make this a genuine DEFECT, I certainly won't complain. Unfortunately I can't use OOo to edit these docs unless this functionality is implemented. I will attach some files and screen shots that demonstrate this problem in all its glory; I just wanted to get this thing written up before I forget about it completely.
