Build 1.9.104

When copying/pasting text with some automatic outline numbering, the new
paragraphs retain previous numbering, instead of continuing with next numbers.
i.e.:

1) First Heading1
2) Second Heading1

If I copy and paste the text above the result is:

1) First Heading1
2) Second Heading1
1) First Heading1
2) Second Heading1

Instead of:
1) ...
2) ...
3) ...
4) ...

Using Tools -> update won't help.
