OOo sets the _NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE hint to _NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_UTILITY and the
_NET_WM_STATE hint to _NET_WM_STATE_SKIP_TASKBAR for the navigator window if the
window manager supports it; this is the way according to the EWMH a compliant
window manager and a compliant taskbar application should not display a window
in the taskbar or window list.
If Icewm does not support these hints, then this is a problem in IceWM, not in
OOo.
