Scroll back to the first page. 4. Insert a footer (Insert->Footer->Ddefault). 5. Insert a page number field in the footer. 6. Move the cursor in front of the field. 7. Choose Fields from the context menu. 8. Set offset to 3. 9. Scroll to the last page. (at the first few everything is ok) There is no page number (the page number field is empty).
