I will attach an example file.
1. Open this file.
2. Select a short string from the first line (e.g., the word "prime").
3. Copy to clipboard.
4. Select the last two words in the text ("the hyperbola").
5. Paste.
The resulting document appears to be correct in memory, but is clearly not
correct on the screen. Minimizing and restoring the document fixes the screen
view.
