Hi
This has been an ongoing issue since version 1.1.2 all the way to the latest
beta of 2.0.
Printing envelopes to either a HP 2100 or a HP 2200DN just doesn't work
properly:
o Go to "Insert->Envelope"
o Enter Addressee and Sender
o Click on "Format" Tab and select "Env. 10" under "Size"
o Click on "Printer" Tab and select the second icon from
the right for Envelope Orientation (as the manual tray
adjustment for envelopes on both printers is in the center)
o If at this point you click on "New Doc." and new window
is created with the envelope on it with a different
size than the Env. 10 selected in the 3rd step. Going
to Page Setup under the "Format" menu shows a Paper format
of "User" defined with a different height to compensate for
the tray being in the middle. The width is set to the correct
9.5 inches.
o Printing the envelope at this time results in both addresses
being at the correct height, but the whole printing is shifted
too much to the left thus cutting off 85% of the Sender address
and the Addressee address starting 3 1/2 from the left border
(well left to the center of the envelope).
o Print Preview shows the envelope correctly.
o Just FYI, Word prints the envelopes properly on both printers.
o Haven't tried with other printers yet, but spending a lot of trial
and error (and envelopes) to get envelopes to show up properly
on the available printers.
