I have attached another Macromedia Flash movie that illustrates the problem in MS Word. Essentially, when attempting to update the TOC entries within MS Word, MS Word complains because it cannot find the TOC entries. This only happens with files saved from OO.o with custom-named style names. This does not happen with default "Header 1", "Header 2", "Header 3" style names.
