Hmm, the content type is the same in both cases. The only visible difference is
in the filename: that one that works is in 8.3 notation, the one that does not
is much longer and has two '.' in it.
Can anyone confirm whether the filename makes any difference - I don't have a
Windows machine set up with thunderbird at the moment.
