All items added as "Additional styles" to be included in my document's Table
of contents (TOC) do not get exported into the PDF Bookmarks ("Tagged PDF"
needs to be turned on in PDF export).
It would be better to include all items which would appear in a document's TOC
as a bookmark inside the PDF.
