Thanks Dwayne and David for your input!

Phew!
As no other languages in the OOo list have commas followed by modifiers, but
rather parentheses, let's go with the following to keep the list consistent:

English: Ndebele (South)
 German: Ndebele (sd)

OK, and---unless anyone has reason to believe users will be seriously offended
or lost---for easier alphabetic locating, change "Northern Sotho" to
Sotho (Northern)
Sotho (nrdlich)
 and use:

English: Sotho (Southern)
 German: Sotho (sdlich)

Venda
Venda

Tsonga
Tsonga

English: Swazi
 German: Swazi

If the style is to be changed to commas in the future for whatever reason, then
we also have to change all other language names with modifiers (like
"Traditional", "Latin", "Simplified", "Cyrillic") instead of countries to use
commas too. Right now all attributes are in parentheses no matter what type.
