Du benötigst den Dialog "Eigenschaften von Anzeige". Den erreichst du über das Kontextmenü des Desktops, Eintrag "Eigenschaften" oder über Systemsteuerung Menüpunkt "Anzeige". Im Dialog "Eigenschaften von Anzeige" gehst zum zum Register "Darstellung" und dort die Schaltfläche "Effekte". Dort ist die Checkbox "Fensterinhalte beim Ziehen anzeigen". Because I have no English WinXP the real terms will differ from my translations, but I hope the descriptin is clear: You need the dialog "display properties". You get this dialog with rightclick on the desktop, item "properties" or with the dialog "system" item "display". Go to the forth tab, "viewing", and click on the button "effect".
