Not an OOo defect. When using the Win system file-open / save as - dialog, the
last touched file remains locked. Same happens with other Apps like wordpad or
notebook (not MSOffice -> they use a different dialog). To avoid those locking
probs. just use our own dialog (tools/options/OOo/general) or select a different
folder before closing any OOo apps.
