Could you please try again using a newer version (OOo1.9m113) and send a
complete screenshot of the Office in maximized state?
The screenshot you attached doesn't show a maximized Office...
Did you install additional tools (i.e. for enhancing Windows with virtual
desktops or so) ...?
Did you install additional themes?
