SBA->TL: As dicussed, in CWS os65, it looks good, but the fix is not 100% yet
(polite wording for "fixed but failed" :-).

In some cases, the hyphenation takes place where it shouldn't. Examples taken
from German dummy text, "pushing" words by repeatedly entering "i" somewhere
before the word in question:

Note: "Setting" = (Chars at Line End/Chars at line begin) in
Format-Character-Text flow
Setting = (3/3) -> h-ren and wa-ren is cut (2/3)
Setting = (7/5) -> Handge-lenke is cut (6/5)
Setting = (6/6) -> ge-fallen is cut (2/6)

In these examples, the respective words shouldn't have been cut at all.
