Ah, now I got it :-)
You created an URE, not an OpenOffice.org. Creating an URE, I can reproduce this
problem. It is very easy to fix. The problem is, that the only URE module
(gid_Module_Root) has no description in scp2. I added a simple description and
everything works well. For OpenOffice there has never been this problem.
