Sorry, but I have no idea. By resuming the issues I've got I only can see three
possible causes of your problem:
- your Microsoft Installer doesn't work (excluded by upgrading your MSI)
- your download file is dammaged (excluded by multiple downloads)
- your unpacking tools is creating unusable output (please try a different tool)
Without a solution I change the resolution of this issue to 'wontfix', this
should be read as 'sorry, but can't fix'.
