I'm currently using 1.9.113 version, but this problem was already detected on
previous versions (at least from 1.9.79).

I'm editing an ordinary document and sometimes when I try to cut or copy a block
of text from one place to another, into the same document or between different
documents, the program doesn't paste it correctly. Sometimes you get a block of
text which was already in the clipboard, but not the one you've just selected.
Closing the application and re-opening again the document doesn't solve the
problem. The only solution I've found is: close writer, shutdown the quick
starter, and then re-open the document. The problem seems to be around the
cut/copy functions, rather than the paste.
