It is much worse than erpel reported. The issue was mostly fixed for OOo 2.0,
but some were overlooked so they need to be fixed in a product update.
The fix applies to both English and German and affects the documentation and
l10n.
(ccing UFI for this reason) Setting target to 2.0.2.
