Hi,
the only way to get a greyed out Format Sheet Show is to open an Excel file with
active workbook protection. This is not the case with the provided document.
Therefore I get the normal behaviour and can't reproduce this Issue.
So closing worksforme. OOo Version 1.9.113 used to check it.
