With OOo 1.9.115 (German, OS: WinXP SP2) the Problem still occurs.
Once more the steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Open a standard-template from within the quickstarter.
Start the following wizards:
Document-converter
Euro-converter
Installation of wordbooks
Installation of fonts
Nothing happens!
Opening the standard-template from within the filemenu or iconbar the wizards
make no problems.
Non-standard-templates make no problems wether you start them from
quickstarter, filemenu or iconbar.
