thanks for using and supporting OpenOffice.org...
Please have a look at http://specs.openoffice.org/ui_in_general/index.html ...
There you can find the "Toolbar Concept" which shows why we switched to the new
toolbars.
Since this was a lot of work (and AFAIK most users find them "better" than the
old ones)
I don't think that we will switch back, sorry...
- The new toolbars are IMHO much easier to adjust
- They are much easier to place
- They have a new look (a lot of users wanted to get this)
This makes sure that users who switched from other Office suites to
StarOffice/OpenOffice.org find their way much easier in the new Office...
Over all I think this is a great improvement.
