Well, I've now temporarily switched to my Kubuntu 5.04 system. There, the
document is initially opened with the "David" font completely anti-aliased
(despite the fact that "David" is aliased to "David CLM" on my system) when I
convert the entire document to "David CLM", it looks fine.
