OOo 1.1.5 behaves as 1.1.4 did. This doesn't work in 1.1.4 also. I don't see
this as regression.
Workaround. The who want's to make the update-installation (usualla the user who
owns the -net installation) should make a workstation installation of the
currently installed 1.1.x version first. Then he should start the setup of 1.1.5
with parameter -net and hell get the update option.
I change the resolution to 'WONTFIX' because it's the same as in OOo 1.1.4. Due
to missing resources and the fact that the old setup for OOo 1.1.x is EOL there
is no real chance to fix this behaviour. The workaround doesn't cause to much
pain so I think that we can live with this issue.
