Reassigning to QA.
Effect: prior to this fix, setting a cell's number format to Hindi Standard and
entering 12:34:56 resulted in 12:34.56 displayed with number format MM:SS.00
Now it is 12:34:56 displayed with number format HH:MM:SS
re-open issue and reassign to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
