Steps to reproduce the bug with "testfile.sxw"
1. Open "testfile.sxw" with 680m113
2. open "testfile.sxw" with 1.1.4 (write protect does not matter)
3. Check last TOC-Hyperlink "Maßnahmen auf Baustelle" in 1.1.4
expected: view will jump to page 9, where you find a table with
that header
actual: as expected
4. change to window with "testfile.sxw" in 680m113
5. Check last TOC-Hyperlink "Maßnahmen auf Baustelle" in 1.1.4
expected: view will jump to page 9, where you find a table with
that header
actual: view will jump a little down so that TOC-entry with
"Maßnahmen auf Baustelle" is in the first line of the screen.
That's the behaviour I was used from 1.1.4 with TOC
not up to date. Effect disappears after "refresh" of TOC.
