I can confirm the behaviour with the attached file in OOo1.9.113 on WinXP. If
you change the scale mode in the pagestyle to height 2 pages, the preview is
correct.
When I insert the content into a new Calc-document and change scale mode to
height 1 page, width 1 page as it is in the attached file, then the preview is
correct. But when I insert the file in a new Calc-document via insert -> Sheet
from file, I get the wrong behaviour when I change scale mode to heigth 1 page,
width 1 page.
