Actually there are two different problem:
- if the object is activated on Linux, the workaround to show the object in
writer application does not work, thus "General OLE Error" message is shown.
- if the object is activated on windows with MSOffice 2003 installed, not edited
and deactivated, the replacement image is lost; the problem is not reproducible
with MSOffice 2000 for me.
