Hmm, I'm sorry but I have to reopen. I tried yesterday but unfortunately didn't
update this bug.
This is what I did:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~] rm -rf .openoffice*
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~] sudo rpm -e {all oo-rpms}
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~] rpm -qa | grep openoffice (yields nothing)
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~] tar zxf OOo_1.9.113_LinuxIntel_install.tar.gz
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~] cd SRC680_m113_native_packed-1_en-US.8930/RPMS/
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~<some dir>] sudo rpm -Uvh *.rpm
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~<some dir>] cd
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~] /opt/openoffice.org1.9.113/program/swriter Boligleie.doc
going through the setup steps....
and boom, it quits before I can see the document
