Reopen issue : in fact, no scanner can be used
Concerns Mac OSX port ( both 10.3 and 10.4) / gcc-3.3
Process :
Create a new empty text document
Insert -> Image -> Scanner ->Select the source
-> nothing occurs, no way to scan with 1.9.xx
N.B. : it works wine with 1.1.5rc since 1.1.2, so SANE works perfectly with the
same configuration.
The problem comes from the begining of SRC680 trunk : Mac OSX case was deleted
in extensions/source/scanner/sane.cxx
Adapting 1.1.5 code seems to work
