All draw-elements but the white circle are in the layer "Controls", the white
cirlce is in the layer "Layout". So it cannot be brought into the stackorder
within the rectangle and the red circle.
Arrange all the draw-elements in the same layer, bring them into the desired
stackorder and all will work fine.
