- open the attached biblio.odb
- open the form "biblio" for editing ("Edit" in its context menu)
- open the "Add Field" window from the "Form Design" toolbar
- select the table control
=> the title of the "Add Field" window updates to "Add Field: table biblio", but
no table
fields are listed in the window
